Three hot tub myths that are keeping your water gross.
“More shock fixes cloudy water.”
The reality
Shock helps oxidize organic matter, but cloudy water is often caused by a buildup of body oils, lotions and soap film. If you don't break down that slick residue, the cloudiness comes right back the next time you turn on the jets.
“A strong chlorine smell means too much chlorine.”
The reality
It actually means you don't have enough free chlorine. That harsh chemical smell comes from chloramines, which form when your sanitizer is used up and trapped fighting gunk. Clean chlorine has almost no odor at all.
“Draining fixes everything.”
The reality
Fresh water doesn't mean clean pipes. Grime, mold and bacterial biofilms live deep inside your hot tub's plumbing. If you don't flush the system first, your brand-new water gets dirty and contaminated almost instantly.
Your complete clear-water routine.

Ouster Hot Tub 3-in-1
Breaks down the gunk and oils your sanitizer can't, with one weekly pour.

Ouster Power Purge
Cleans the buildup out of your pipes and jets, so fresh water stays fresh.
Your sanitizer
Chlorine or bromine keeps bacteria in check. Keep it in range so it isn't used up fighting gunk, which causes that harsh chlorine smell.
Shock
A concentrated dose of oxidizer that destroys organic contaminants, eliminates odors and refreshes your sanitizer, so it can keep working at full strength between tests.
From cloudy to clear.
Real tubs. Real results.
Clear water takes more than sanitizer.
Clarifier
Gathers the tiny particles from lotions, sweat and debris that make water look hazy, so your filter can catch them.
Cleaner
Breaks down the gunk and grime hiding in jets and pipes before it ends up back in your water.
Conditioner
Leaves water silky soft and gentle on skin, with no bleach or harsh chemicals.

What owners are saying
Questions, answered
Why is my hot tub water cloudy?
Cloudy water usually comes from tiny particles (body oils, lotions, debris), low sanitizer, unbalanced pH or alkalinity, or a dirty filter. 3-in-1 clears particle haze and keeps jets and pipes clean. If your water stays cloudy, test and balance your sanitizer and pH, and rinse your filter.
Does it replace my chlorine or bromine?
No. It cleans, clarifies and conditions, but it doesn't sanitize. Keep your sanitizer at proper levels at all times.
Do I still need to shock?
Yes. 3-in-1 isn't an oxidizer, so use it in addition to your regular shock.
Will it work in my saltwater or inflatable tub?
Yes. It works in any hot tub type, and with chlorine, bromine, mineral, saltwater and biguanide systems.
Will it bleach my spa?
No. It contains no bleach or harsh chemicals.
How long until I can soak?
Wait at least 2 hours after adding it.
Crystal-clear water.
Every single week.
